Who is responsible
Kvantix, CVR 46296036, Denmark, is the data controller. Contact: validation@kvantix.tech.
What we store, and why
- Your account — name, company, email, account ID and a one-way hash of your password. To give you access to your cases (contract).
- Your requests — the claim, horizon, cost, your description of the data and how it was recorded, and the history of the case. To deliver the report (contract).
- Your data files — the CSV files you upload, and the results we compute from them. To deliver the report (contract).
- Payments — amount, date, Stripe references and the billing details you enter at checkout. We never see or store card numbers. To keep accounts (legal obligation).
- Security logs — IP addresses and timestamps of requests and login attempts. To protect accounts against misuse (legitimate interest).
How long
- Data files and computed results: deleted 30 days after the report is delivered.
- Data files on cases that are never paid: deleted after 90 days without activity.
- Accounts whose email is never confirmed: deleted after 7 days.
- Your account, requests and delivered reports: until you delete the account, which you can do yourself at any time.
- Payment records: five years, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
- Login attempts: 24 hours. Server access logs: 14 days.
Who processes it for us
- Hetzner Online GmbH — the server, in the EU.
- Simply.com — email, in Denmark.
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — card payments and invoices. Stripe may transfer data to the United States under the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We don't sell or share your data with anyone else, and we don't use it to train models. We never publish your data or report without your written permission.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict its use, object to it, or receive it in a portable format. Write to validation@kvantix.tech. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
